What makes you say Android is free? Its no more free than iOS and Windows phone is.

Android is free but if you're going to use google services you wil pay so yeah.

google dont charge samsung to use the play store or maps, google take ~30% of sales from the play store but thats from app devs not phone companies, and unless your using some serious bandwidth on maps then the api is free to use....

I would not have problem with no sd slot if there were not overcharging for more internal eMMC storage. there should be only one 128gb model when it comes to storage and we'd be good, but since that is not the case then shame on samsung

 it cant be "so open source" it is or it isnt......the charges mentioned in that article come from 3rd parties not google and most manufacturers can certify themselves. android is free, open source.

I hate Apple but that looks like and iphone exactly from the sides. Down to the lines. Really samsung could of made it a different color.

it cant be "so open source" it is or it isnt......the charges mentioned in that article come from 3rd parties not google and most manufacturers can certify themselves. android is free, open source.

I could care less about the battery being irreplaceable but without a battery improvement on a power hog and no SD card is a 'no bueno'... what the hell Samsung. Guess I'm staying with my Note4 or get LG4 instead.
