According to that setup screen it's only showing 78GB instead of 256GB. First make sure the SSD are plugged into the Intel controller, your manual should tell you which one is which, next go into bios and set the SATA mode to RAID. Save and Exit bios, Intel rapid storage should appear, enter that wizard and redo raid array. Once it's done boot from CD and install windows.

From http://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/X99DELUXE/specifications/

"*3: Due to chipset behavior, The SATA6G_78, SATA6G_910 ports (black) do not support IRST including RAID configuration."

So try a different ports

Many thanks for you kind replay,

I will try with different ports then  will replay.

Try booting your Windows disc with UEFI mode.

Launch the boot override menu. I beleive that will be F8 when you turn on your computer.

I tried it but still same issue,

is there are something I need to do before connect the SSD with my old RAID 0,

I mean I had windows 8.1 with RAID 0 setup in (this two SSD), did I need to remove this array before connect it with my new PC?

Was your old raid controller also Intel? If yes, then mostly no, but it's still best to remove the raid array and then rebuild it. Removing the raid array will wipe out all data on it.

no problem I already taken the backup,

Yes it is Intel, how can I delete the old? did I need to connect the two ssd to my old mobo and deleted it from the bios?

Note**

I already formatted the two SSD then I build this new RAID 0, is that will cancel old array?

thank you brother for your support.

Create with the new board using the raid setup wizard. If somehow the wizard says raid is already built, delete it and recreate it.

Haven't play around with the RAID setup on my X99 Deluxe yet, but in the past, there used to be a Intel raid wizard. Try this out

I tried all what they suggest but the problem still same.

I think I will cancel this RAID, or some one can make me change my mind?
