How often do you do your "computer chores"

CCleaner runs at start, i dust it when it gets dusty which isn't much as i hoover the room every otherday.

I do none of that ever except virus scans maybe once a month.

desktop: I clean about once a week (dust the out side off it) including keyboard and mouse (I dust/clean my house about once a week).
as for blowing it out then I would say about once every 6 to 8 months.

Notebook: I wipe down/dust it about 5 to 6 times a week (it get very dusty at work lol).
and I blow it out for the first time ever this week. so every 2.5 years

as for coolant I used to change mine every 8 to 12 months back when I custom water cooled.
but now I'm just using an AIO H100i so will just see how long it keeps working

 

oh I do backups, defrag and malware scans about once a month.
but will also do a quick system backup before I install anything I have never used before
