I got a real itch to reverse my case (this was before the 600C) since I can only put my pc on the left side with my current furniture.  I was going to mod the top with a shroud and make some nice feet for it but something about it just didn't sit right.  No matter how far I got it off the table, I could not get as good of airflow out of the 240mm rad in the bottom as I was getting when I had it at the top before, despite the push pull and trying the rear fan as intake.   It's different now but I figured that the people deserve to see

I know it sucks compared to most of the others on display here.  But I just finished my newest.

What radiators are you using? Are the fans in push/pull? What is the top and front radiator clearance?

Nice build! It's really clean!

Bottom Radiator is an XSPC, Front Rad is a Swiftech.

Fans are Pull only.   Push pull is not really possible in this case.   Radiator clearance is just about zero.  :D

This is my current setup

240 thin rad up top

240 rad at front

Z97x Gaming 7 mobo

32gb Ram @2133hz

i7 4970k @4.6ghz (EKWB block)

2x Titan X SLI (EkWB blocks and red backplates

XSPC D5 Dual bay pump/res combo

If I'm honest I don't like the bay res combo and will probably switch to a cylinder res/pump on the bottom behind the front radiator and change how the GFX cards are filled, but for a 2nd time water build turned out ok I guess.

First water cooled build I made this year. Just picked up a Core P5 case to try out. Will move my system over to that soon and change the 360 rad to a 480 thick rad to run the fans at lower rpm.

Corsair 600C.  It is a great case to be honest.  However I am not sold on this case as a custom Water cooling platform.  I am considering using it for a more standard system and getting a different case for my main rig.

that is what I figured, there aren't a lot of options for reverse mobo style cases.  I really like the setup though!  too bad I just bought a new case lol

Great looking build, but I have to ask, why when you spent so much on the GPU/ custom loop ect. did you get such a low end motherboard?

Great looking build, but I have to ask, why when you spent so much on the GPU/ custom loop ect. did you get such a low end motherboard?

Well, this PC has had many changes since it was built. The motherboard actually came in a bundle I got with a G3258 from microcenter and was intended for use in my dad's computer. however, at the last second, he decided he wanted to try PC gaming and got my old 4570 and motherboard. I grabbed a 4690K at that point. recently, I decided I wanted a 4790K ($250 from microcenter) and got that.

The GPU I actually didn't buy, it was a gift from a few friends for whom I've built computers (Damn good friends, I know). The PSU I got for free from someone who upgraded and sleeved myself using paracord.

The fittings, one radiator, and the reservoir pump combo were bought for cheap off hardwareswap, the tube wasn't bad at all to buy, and the CPU block and other radiator where from an old "Custom loop in a box" setup a friend had on an old PC he wasn't using any more. The GPU Block just looked Sexy as fuck, so I had to get it.

So, in the end, my PC, despite being an absolute beast, has actually cost me little more than $1000 to build, loop included. Honestly, short of the number of USB ports, of which I always need more, I see no benefits to going to a higher end board. I might one day, but for now, the PC does what I need it to!

Fair enough, and by the way could you introduce me to your friends who gave you the 980Ti?

Nope, the TX 750 M is only semi modular, I did the sleeving job on these puppies all by myself.
Now, be warned, it is neither the best possible drain system, nor the easiest to use. I didn't have a whole lot of options on where to put it though. Also, please disregard the rat's nest.

gladly, give me a minute to pop the system open and transfer some files.

Thanks so much! I really like how it's easily accessible and it has a direct route from the case.
