Best Rooting Tutorial for OnePlus One?

I'm sort of confused with all of these tutorials on rooting, I'm not sure which one I should follow. Any specific tutorial that anyone recommends?

This is the tutorial that I followed on the One Plus forum. It has all the steps needed as well as links to everything you need to download, pretty straight forward. The only additional piece of advice I would offer is to utilize the ability of "Shift + Right Click" to add a "open command window here" option to the context menu so you don't have to type something like "cd Desktop/android-sdk-windows/platform-tools" to change the directory to run the fastboot or adb executables from the command prompt.
