Fan setup for Corsair 400r

Okay so I am planning on getting a bunch of fans for my currently stock Corsair Carbide 400r. For those who don't know about fan mounting spots on the 400r, I have made a graph with all the spots.Found here: http://imgur.com/opWBGIl

The setup I want is to have some good, blue LED 120mm fans at the front replacing the current white ones, and fans around the motherboard with just blue fan blades (not LEDs). Any suggestions are highly welcomed! Oh and my budget is $60 canadian :)

Edit: There are also 2 mounts on the side panel that can have up to 2 120mm fans or 2 140mm fans.

what kinda CPU/GPU cooler(s) do you have now?

what kind of load temperatures are you experiencing?

do you have any HDD drives in the HDD cages? if so, located where?

 

your budget may have to be done in stages.

a good LED fan is $15-20, dunna know about blue blades fans.

problem with fans is the great flowing fans are not LED. so you have to

settle for "meah" fans with LEDs. and with that, you kinda left with less

money and so-so performance improvement.

 

the bitfenix spectre pros for LED, i guess linus' rig runs gelid blue blades,

buying cheap fans can just make it worse in temperatures and noise

level.

maybe someone that has used LED fans might help..

 

if it were mine, 2x SP120 QE front, 2 AF120QE roof and AF140 rear.

run benchmark test on temps and possibly reverse the rear exhaust to

intake and retest. if it works out, get a filter on the rear fan.. and use

bitfenix alchemy LED light strips.

I have a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo on my CPU right now just running one fan going out the back,

 

,ASUS DC2 on my 7850.  , I have two hdd's in my hard drive cages, one at the very top cage and one at the very bottom. Havent tested temps on my CPU.

Thinking about getting 3 Gelid wings, two for the top and one for back. Then if I get another $40 soon I can get 2 Bitfenix Spectre Pro's with blue LEDs. Will probably also get blue light strips later on for the inside. Thoughts?
