Best Crosshair Overlay Program

Could this be used to make a small rotating crosshair?

I use a dot for CS:GO, and my problem with creating a dot using console commands is that I have to chose between too big or too small: in other words a dot I can't find, or one that will be larger than my target.

My idea for the perfect crosshair, is a small to small/medium dot that is actually a four color square. Ideally red, blue, white, and yellow. But here is the thing: the colors switch position giving them the appearance of rotating, making the dot almost impossible to lose, unless you make it too small, and because of the contrast of colors (two dark, two light), you would be able to find it regardless of how dark or bright it was in the game.

I use my clumsy dot in CS:GO and wonder why this isn't a thing yet...

Good news: figured it out, and made a lovely crosshair-dot.
Note to CS:GO players: if you want to use this program, you need to enable fullscreen-windowed mode.

Thanks, all! This program kicks ass!
