Have you tried looking for lists without luck?  Or are you looking for a list compiled here?  I've seen compilations of reviews in a list type format, but I don't know that anyone has compiled a definitive list of cards.  I don't think any single reviewer has had access to every card available to make such a list.

Yep, not yet enough reviews or full teardowns to even come close to making a tier list.

out of the cards tested by GN the evga ftw3 clocked the highest, but as far as lists they are incomplete so far.

It should also be noted that the good (truly custom) 3080s aren't even out yet. AIBs simply were not given time.
