computer freezes 0.5 to 1 second when playing games

when im playing games like rust (higher demanding games) my pc freezes for like 0.5 to 1 second and then just goes on like normal. 

 

specs are in the attached files

What have you tried already? Have you looked for bottlenecks? 

 

I would start by DDUing the drivers in safemode.

The problem is most likely Unity, the game engine powering Rust.
I got similar issues with Kerball space program and Battletech, two other unity titles.

its not only with rust i got it with fortnite and cod warzone

i have tried a hd tune hard disk test 

the first one is the one with the steep curves i think this happened cuz i opened google chrome but im not sure

the second one is just a scan with no other program running

Is the Toshiba hard drive an hybrid HDD/SSD?

i think its just a 1 tb hdd, but i have an other ssd

And are the lagging games installed on the HDD or the SSD?

Rust is installed on my ssd but gta v and warzone on my hdd and they are lagging as well

Sorry for the delay responding...
That rules out Disk lag... It might be a driver issue.
Try updating all your drivers (including chipset ant PCIe)
