Is $215 Used Gigabyte GTX 1070 Windforce OC Seems Good ?, with official retailer warranty until december, 2020

It’s not a deal but it could be worse.  Low for buy-it-now, high for auction used on eBay.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

they are practically same but you can buy new

I live in China, new gtx 1660 is about $275

A 1660s is twitch Pricier and a tiny tiny bit slower. Mostly you only get a 1070 over a 1660s because you want more cuda cores. 1660s has modern things the 1070 doesn’t have.
