Ram XMP profile crash on boot up?

Hey can someone recommend me a software or something that I can update my ram speed from the auto 2133 to the 3200 post boot up? The xmp in the bios just crashes and im not sure why. I have 4 sticks for a total of 64 gigs and i wanna crank that baby to the speed i payed for lol. Not sure if its possible but idk how else to fix it. Im using a gigabyte x570 gaming x and updated all the bios and drivers so not sure what the deal is. Thanks!

Like Slottr says, you'll have to run a lower frequency when having 4 sticks populated. 16GB sticks are also a strain on the memory controller.

You could try and set XMP, but manually change the frequency to 2933mhz.

Be sure to manually set memory voltage to 1.350v

You can also try disabling Gear Down mode and Power Down mode

Increasing Cpu SOC voltage might help the memory controller cope with all that memory installed.
