Pc freezes with fans at 100% and i/o out of control

Hello this problem happens to me while I'm rendering with gpu, it's a pain in the ass because wastes me time, and I need to redo all of the thing from the beginning

 

However my config is: 2060s, r2700x, x370 crosshair vi hero,  4x8gb 3ghz ram

 

Basically the fans get a 100% (at least guessing from the sound), all the monitors get out of signal, while input peripherics remain active, but cannot be used

By rebooting most of the times solves the problem (sometime can happen that after reboot, the pc gets in the previous situation), but not completely, because this might rehappen

 

EDIT: the gpu has studio drivers, the machine runs on windows 10 last update

And the temps to me seem to be alright, before crashing the temps of the cpu were around 60C with some peaks at 70C, meanwhile the gpu was stuck at 62C or less

 

EDIT: I tried to update the bios, and removing d.o.c.p from rams and run them at 2.4ghz, but I had the same problem as before

I tried to run a memtest, But I got no errors
