After messing with my PC, MSI Game Boost caught my attention. I enabled it and restarted my PC. After that, I couldn't connect back to my monitor.

You need to reset your BIOS-settings. Remove the power-cable from your PC, then use either the CMOS Clear - jumper or button on the mobo or remove the CMOS-battery for 10+ seconds -- you'll find where the jumper or button is in your mobo's manual.

Hand, n. A singular instrument worn at the end of the human arm and commonly thrust into somebody’s pocket.

Cant find the jumper slot, or the button on my motherboard. My model is the MSI Gaming Plus AC B450i.

It's right below the battery connections (where the red/black wires are)
