to test udp port

Can you suggest a software to test if a udp port has been open correctly, please?

gta online, which still says nat type strict, but i opened the udp port in my router

you need a service behind a port to test if its working right, otherwise nothing is there to respond.

 

You might be under cgnat or simmilar so a port can't be opened anyways/
