Is 29-32'c normal for idle on my cpu?

- Idle CPU temps don't say much at all

- As long as you are above ambient, you're good (ambient temp = temp in your room)

- there is no reason a higher temp is better for your CPU (you may have read that about SSD's)

my cpu is a Intel I5 4460 (3.2ghz)

motherboard: MSI H81-p33

PSU: corsair VS550

GPU: MSI Radeon RX570 ARMOR 8GB

RAM: 16GB

CASE:Corsair Carbide Spec-06

Okay thanks for the response :) also would you say around 54-56 was good for when i am gaming?

yes. anything below 72 C is fine.

Thats completely fine, CPUs can easily reach 90°C without being damaged
