Unfortunately, this wont play anything modern but like I said, you could use it to emulate nes, snes, genesis, n64 or dos games.

not a fan of old games and i love new games and i have a trash pc 

and my friend has a top notch gaming pc but he doesnt play any games he only uses it for facebook

You could maybe find a used dell work desktop with an i5, throw in a used rx 570 and have a pc capable of gaming for around $100-$200 usd...

and 1Tb is nothing today. i have a 24TB external backup and am upgrading to a total of 20Tb internal storage soon.

I got this laptop for $500ish. It has 16gb ran, generic 120gb ssd and 1tb hdd. At least it is better than shitty hp desktop that my community college use. Take like 5 mins to boot and the thing boot up sounds like a jet engine.
