My pc with an old hard drive doesnt boot properly

So I built a new pc and it has a new hard drive and all but just for fun I tried to install an old hard drive from my previous computer ,which was and still is working fine on it, . But on my new pc when I select that drive as my primary boot medium it doesnt boot Properly.  It had dual boot on it. Both ubuntu and windows 7. Now its showing some error filesystem not found
