AMD X2 250 ASUS M4A785 NAS

So I am building this pc as a NAS I am planning to have 2 1TB drives. Also think on buying a boot ssd and pcie card. has 4gb of ram a asus M4A785-M AMD X2 250

right now it has a 180watt psu from a HP prebuilt hopefully it is enough 

do you guys think its enough 

also should freenas be enough

That should be fine if it is just the parts you have listed. Freenas should be fine as well, I have never personally used it but it has a lot of good reviews. for a simple nas I'm sure it will be great
