Its okay to feel electrical current through my pc case

So when i connect my hdmi cable to my gpu i feel electrical current through my pc case even tho the power supply cable is disconnected its that ok.

I tried with another monitor and its the same its that ok or the gpu is broken

Are you sure it's electrical current and not just the vibration from a fan (GPU fan, maybe) rotating? Electrical current coming right through the case would be weird in my experience, though I have had shitty PSUs occasionally give me a jolt when connecting them to the wall.

Keep PSU disconnected as described.  Mash power button on PC case a few times, hold it down a few times (1 min or more straight imho, I do this for reviving laptop dead batteries), ensure everything drains (we are relieving anything that stores juice of its juice)

 

Does it keep doing this?

so even with NOTHING plugged into the wall...monitor AND PC unplug...you still feel it?!

the monitor is but  the pc is not pugged in and yes i tried with another hdmi cable , same shit

and you tried a different monitor and it was doing it as well? any of those monitors less than say a few years old and tested to not do that on other machines?

So you drained the PSU, motherboard, GPU and everything else of its stored electricity on the PC (sans the CMOS obviously, but it wouldn't/couldn't do this) by pressing the on button a whole bunch - and this still happened.

 

Its the monitor/s, wall socket, something other than the PC imho

yes i tried and the monitors are fine but  there is still electric current

Sounds to me, and I am not an electrician here but, like you have a grounding issue with your homes electricity at the socket level.

Its not the PC, GPU or anything to do with the tower - if what you are saying is true - and that is it unplugged and you pressed the Power on Button like I said you would relieve all of the stored electricity in the PC/Case/Components.  

 

That narrows it down to the other item which is actually carrying an electrical wave.

 

Unless you PC is somehow being used as a ground from another electronics device, but again not an electrician but some of this you don't need to be an electrician to at least start the elimination process (which would also mean you haven't effectively isolated the power from the PC/case etc)

No worries, better yet that's why I peruse this forum (to give back what was given to me, knowledge) and your issue can be resolved.  Sounds like a win-win!
