Here is the SATA equivalent that ASRock says they support.

Wouldn't hurt to call ASRock CS and see if they have the answer 100% on if that PCIe drive is supported or not, but they will probably end up looking at that same list. if you call ASRock and they say no, or aren't sure, you might try giving Transcend a call and seeing if you can pay the difference and exchange, or return the one you have to where ever you bought it from and buy something off the ASRock compatibility list.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

It's not listed on the support list at https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/B365M Phantom Gaming 4/index.asp#Storage but the 950 pro is..

Yeah, you're right. I took the lazy way when I CTRL F the part number on that page and there was a BW on the end of the part number from Amazon.(MZ-V7P512BW)

Are they the same with and without "BW"

They aren't the same, but I want to say the Pro(BW) will work because it says PRO in the description. If I recall correctly, Samsung uses BW for the pro series and B for the non pro EVO series.

According to their spec sheet your NVMe SSD must be a boot disk.

The problem is that this is an nVidia product and scoring any nVidia product a "zero" is also highly predictive of the number of nVidia products the reviewer will receive for review in the future.

I wasn't wrong. It's extremely rare that I am. I provided sources as well. Different devs can disagree. Further, we now have confirmed discrepancy from Twitter about he use of the pre-release 1080 driver in AMD's demo despite the release 1080 driver having been out a week prior.

You apparently haven't seen his responses to questions on YouTube. He is very condescending and aggressive in his comments with which there is little justification. He acts totally different in his videos. I don't necessarily care for this content style and there is nothing really unique about him or his channel. His endless dick jokes and toilet humor are annoying as well.

It looks like you got the wrong m.2 then. It's not listed on the ASRock website as a compatible m.2. They claim support for a M.2 Sata from Transcend, but not a m.2 PCIe.
