So i want to build a PC, i just don't know what parts to get.

my budget is $1500, ( Canadian ) any suggestions?

proably 1440p and i dont really know about refresh rate so just whatever you think, for peripherals a cheap but good mouse, keyboard, and mouse pad and headset whatever you think could hear footsteps and is bluetooth
