Overclocking Issue

So I have an Intel i7-9700k, I am trying to get a stable overclock at 5Ghz. So first I stet my voltage to 1.275V and ran Prime95, immediately worker #4 and #6 gave me a rounding error and stopped working completely. The program didn't crash though so what does this mean?

I have the same CPU, 4.9Ghz on all cores with just Intel Turbo Boost and Multi Core Enchantment, all the rest of the settings are on auto!!! Works like a charm!

Few months ago i was also playing with OC, i set the multiplier to 50/5Ghz and no other change in the bios, just the multiplier.

It was working at 5Ghz on all cores, tested a bunch of software plus many games, everything was working just fine.

But i did not notice any major improvement and the i7 9700k is a beast by itself, so now i have it running at 4.9Ghz on all cores.

Never had any issues!

Yes, do I need to manually set 4.9 on all cores? Because I set it to auto and it stayed at 4.9

No you don't.

Intel Turbo boost with Multi Core Enchantment have this result.

No need to set anything else

Start from scratch,

16 Gigs of 2400Mhz ram

Your ram is to low for this set up.

It should be at least 3200Mhz!

My advise is start from scratch, clear Cmos (or remove the battery for 10 minutes with the PSU unplugged)

And set only  Intel Turbo Boost and Multi Core Enchantment.

2400Mhz  with XMP on?

If not OC the ram manually to 2600Mhz and don't touch the voltage, leave it to auto!
