Trident Z vs Trident Z Neo

Im finishing getting a build together and wanted to get some opinions on if there were any noticable differences between using Trident Z and Neo memory with an AMD 3xxx series cpu.

Most likely, these are not Samsung B-die.

Anyway, the difference is mainly a heat spreader design.

I have a suspicion that the new (Neo) kits might be more precisely binned, than the old stock, but it depends mostly on the manufacturing date, not the name. "Precisely binned" as in "lower chance to overclock higher than the XMP".
