Always on Air Cooling

iGreedy

So I just built an always on Media PC to run my media server here are the specs

ryzen 3 2200g

Asus Prime B450M-A

Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz 8 gb

500g samsung evo 870

2 wd nas 6tb in Raid

My Main question is what  sort of cooler i should be running in the long term, right now im running a Wraith Prism that came with a ryzen 7 for one of my other machines.  I have a few aftermarket air coolers around and have found some cheap io coolers in the used market . What are your thoughts?

For a media server with a Ryzen 3 2200G is slightly overkill, don't you agree?

I'm very close to say you are trolling with these. Its Ryzen 3 2200g, runs fine with AMD stock. Only reason to change would be if it breaks or makes too much noise. In which case low-profile Noctua is best choice. If one much go with Noctua.
