I've done a google search and it seems to be a video driver issue, so maybe try to uninstall and reinstall the video driver.

atikmpag.sys is an AMD graphics driver - either your drivers are corrupt or out of date, or the video card is failing in that laptop. Easy way to test this is to reinstall AMD's video card drivers, making sure to perform a clean installation (or just use DDU), or pave & nuke the Windows installation to rule out ANY software problems. However, based on the photo, that laptop looks old, so I doubt if AMD doesn't have any updated drivers for it these days.
