Do you know the person who sent you that?

Also, did you open it?

If you don't know them, then don't open it.

Probably a link to a phishing site or it links to a tech scam website. Either way don't open it.

We have no idea of knowing the nature of the virus you received or what it does. Really the only answers you will get to a question like this is "click it and find out", though you won't like what happens if you do.

It's a virus. Report it as a malicious email and block the sender from contacting you. DO NOT OPEN ANY ATTACHMENTS OR LINKS IN THE EMAIL

Your email address (which is still visible in the screenshot you posted by the way) has been exposed numerous times according to https://haveibeenpwned.com/

In my personal experience there's a good chance this is how you ended up on the mailing list of the people sending you the virus. Once a website has been compromised and hackers get a list of email addresses and [hopefully encrypted] passwords they will sell the list of email addresses as a mailing list to spammers. I'd recommend changing all your passwords, using unique passwords for different websites, and probably moving to a new email address since the spammers already know that one and without some strict spam filtering you won't stop emails like this coming.

From my limited knowledge, it might send you to a website, probably a phishing site as @SpookyCitrus said.
