rgb fans help

i just got my cooler master rgb controller (the very small one) but i dont have the 12v connector on my motherboard. what can i do?

Can you post a picture of the connector? or tell us the exact model of cooler master RGB controller?

AFAIK you don't connect that to mobo. You use USB connector. And connect power directly from PSU. If you mean for fan speeds, then any 4pin PWM header will do. Could you link to controller you have?

Yep, you don't connect that to mobo. Only with USB. Fans you still need to power from mobo fan headers as that controller is for rgb only.

No...? The controller has 4pin rgb connectors. And micro-USB. If you want to sync with mobos rgb, then you can connect it to generic rgb header. This is mainly guessing as I can't get manual to verify.

my motherboard doesnt have an rgb header..

That part is optional. The controller is meant for that. You can connect to mobo for sync, but it's not necessary. It has buttons for controls.

SATA power from PSU and then RGB from fans to hub. That is pretty much all I can say as I don't have access to manual.
