Do you have an hdd or an ssd?

Maybe it is dying, run crystaldiskinfo.

I only see your reply if you @ me.

Crystal disk INFO, not disk mark.

But the drives seem fine enough, even though the symptoms indicate a dying drive...

Ok, your drives are completely good.

Is there anything you did a few days ago just before you "lost performance"?

Also do you have a water cooler on your cpu?

What capacity of your ssd are you using? Your not really supposed to use more than a half maybe a league update or windows update just pushed it over,

Also try monitoring loads and temps on intel xtu during a game. Maybe you had an earthquake (idk where you are) and it made your cpu cooler loose a little or something

how much is more than half? dont go to far in.

tbh apart from that idk what it could be, check windows updates for all updates that where done in the background on that day, maybe one of them is corrupt or something.
