Hugely decreased FPS in games

Hello everyone, today i have connected my new 144 Hz monitor. Then i started a game, it worked perfectly, but after 30 minutes of "gameplay" i played another game and my FPS drops to 8. This is happening almost in every game. Also a few days ago i had updated my Windows 10. Can you help me, please, with that issue?

 

GPU: GTX 1060 3 GB

CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G

Did you do a fresh install or an OS upgrade via the Ms Prompt?

No, just normal update from version 1803 to 1903.

I´m not sure about this program. What if my GPU will die?

But in PUBG i cant hear any grenades, vehicles, footsteps. I can only hear footsteps around 10 metres.
