Do I have enough power? Swaping gpus

I know this is probably a dumb question and maybe in the wrong section

 

I am going to be selling my 1070 and grabbing a 2070 super

My psu is 650watts.

Pc parts picker says my build should be running 437watts with the new gpu.

I have a 4.5ghz overclock on my 6600k.

Do I have enough overhead to be clear of mind?

You can run any consumer system with 550 watts.
