Where are the reviews for the 3800x?

Am I missing something? I cant find a single online review of the Ryzen 3800x. 3700x and 3900x, but not 3800x?

AMD didn't send review units of the 3800X, and we all know why's that... it's a pointless SKU just like the R7 1800X was, both will hard lock at 4.3ghz likely.

Well it does have a higher boost frequency. Would be nice to see what this difference translates to in benchmarks, AND to know for sure whether it offers any better overclocking potential over the 3700x.

I have to disagree with this. The 3600, 3600X and 3900X have to contain the lowest binned chiplets (with a couple of underperforming or entirely borked cores), while the 3800X and 3950X would have to contain the highest binned (flawless) chiplets. Those latter, pristine chiplets were probably destined to be high end Threadripper and Epyc CPUs, and that's why they will suffer in the value sentiment; they charge a premium to match the pricetag they originally would have demanded.

The question is, how will this translate into real-world performance and gaming results? It's still too soon to tell, especially with the availability issues with the 3800X.
