Are these correct benchmarks of RTX 2070

(can put rust max graphics quality with 70-75 fps or 3 graphics quality with treemesh,treequality and shader max and object quality 50 for 80-100 fps RUST)

(Texture quality max, Texture filtering max , LOD Quality max, Texture filtering max , shading quality high, Shadow low, reflextions low, ambient off, lens effect off, zoom indepth off, AA T-AA, Render scaling 100, T-AA Sharpness 50 160fps-200 Rainbow six seige)

(Everything Ultra but, Foliage on low, Shadows on low , Post-processing on low FIRST PERSOn 100FPS with dips to 90 and large towns 60-70.)

(Overwatch all Ultra local refections and ambient off 100-120 fps )

 

I'm happy but I'd just like to know if these are correct or close

 

and is 50% fan speed safe to have permanently

In a relatively large case, it should be fine. ITX and we may have a problem. Could you elaborate on why it is at 50%? (If you can).

Yeah, should be fine

Don't run a static fan speed if possible. You can set the curve to 50% rpm up until 80c and have it go up from there just in case it ever needs the extra cooling

In Msi Afterburner Settings > Fan > Enable user defined software automatic fan control, you can set a fan curve which determines the fan speed % at given temperature. By double clicking on the graph, you can transition between linear and step curves.
