HELP ME WITH MY BUILD

BahaYasin

IVE RECENTLY MADE A NEW LOW BUDGET BUILD FOR GAMING.  EVERYTHING WENT FINE AND I CAN PLAY WITH 60 TO 70 FPS WITH MEDIUM GRAPHICS BUT IM HAVING A FREQUENT AND RANDOM FRAME DROPS DOWN TO 10 OR 5 FPS  WITH SUDDEN SCREEN FREEZ FOR 1 OR TOW SECS.
THESE FRAME DROPS SOMETIMES HAPPEN EVERY 30 SECS AND SOMETIMES HAPPENS EVERY 1 OR 2 MINUTES  AND ALSO  IF I GO INTO A CONFLICT OT HEAVY GRAPHICS SENCE IT HAPPENS
And I've tried setting graphics to lowest settings but it doesn't matter fram drops are the same

  PC SPECIFICATIONS:
MBD: MSI B450 PRO-VDH PLUS

CPU: RYZEN 3 2200G
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 3000MHZ 2*4BG

PSU: CORSAIR VS450 80+

HDD: SEAGATE BARRACUDA 2TB 7200RPM
GPU: ASUS GEFORCE GTX1050TI OC 4GB

WHAT IVE DONE TRYING TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE :
UPDATING GRAPHICS CARD DRIVER
UPDATING CHIPSET DRIVER
UPDATING BIOS
FORMATTING AND REINSTALLING WINDOWS
CHANGING GRAPHICS CARD
CHANGING OPERATING SYSTEM
PLUS ALL WINDOWS UPDATES AND ALL OF THE DRIVERS ARE UP TO DATE

SO WHAT IS THE ISSUE DO I HAVE A BOTTLENECK IN MY BUILD
IS IT MY HARD DRIVE THAT MAKES THESE FRAME DROPS? SHOULD REPLACE IT WITH SSD?

I'd get a SSD regardless if it's the problem or not, great upgrade

Sounds like you're likely being bottlenecked by your CPU. The 2200g is "ok" but its fairly underwhelming in terms of raw gaming power being just 4 cores and no SMT. Check your CPU usage, sounds like you're hitting 100% usage.

NO, MY CPU USAGE IS 70-80% AT MOST
BY THE WAY, IT HAPPENS WITH SMALE GAMES THAT USES ONLY 30% OF THE CPU

Still though, a SSD is a really good upgrade and I'd recommend using one as your boot & programs drive.

It probably won't, but it's still a good upgrade nonetheless. No idea what the problem could be though

Bro, what’s with the caps lock man?!

An ssd would be a great upgrade, your hdd shouldn’t be causing this problem though.

Maybe try overclocking your cpu, MSI Afterburner makes it easy.

NO, I didn't! I've only used the last version of the graphics driver
may that make a difference?

Yeah I'll buy an SSD for sure but as you said it's not going to solve the problem
I've tried overclocking my GPU by MSI afterburner and also overclocked the CPU up to 3.9 GHz
but still the same

Sometimes I do like writing with caps :D
I hope to fix this problem, I'm not gonna leave it just like this, it's not playable at all
I've done everything right but problems just happen :(

Alright man, just ease up on the caps. There are people on this forum who will just refuse to help you outright if you're spamming caps.
