Rtx 2060 if you want best performance for the money

1070 ti if you want the best performance ~ 5% better then the 2060

What is the amount of money you want to spend ? You have the 2060 listed. If you can't afford 2/3 of the cards you want why mention them?

drop 8700. you would need a aftermarket coolin solution because the stock cooler isnt enough.

grab an r5 2600 and a B450 mobo. either the Aurous M or the Pro4

Off topic question

Should I get the i5 9600k or i7 8700 for pure gaming. PS I won't be over locking

If you won't be overclocking theres no point in getting a "k" chip. Your best bet is probably either a Ryzen 5 2600 or i5 9400F as they will not bottleneck you and will allow you to spend more on the GPU
