Akg 702s do i need an amp or can i use the dac i use for my mic

Hi folks I apologize for my noobness I am currently considering buying a pair of AKG 702s mostly for pc gaming I have a Floureon BM-800 running through a BEHRINGER U-PHORIA UM2 my question is can the UM2 properly drive the AKGS while useing the mic or would i need a separate amp for the headphones and if so what amp would you recommend?

The UM2 should be fine.

Most Audio interfaces have a decent headphone amp so you should be fine.

If you have a nicer motherboard use them off that.The headphone out of the UM2 is not meant to sound good, it is just to monitor the mic.

I have a pretty solid motherboard Asus Rog X hero will it be able to run the headphones to their full potential?
