240hz tv but no 240hz input cables compatibles

BrandBeanie

So I have just got this tv for 250$

https://www.lg.com/ca_en/tvs/lg-47LH55-lcd-tv

And I just noticed its 240hz and Apparently the only cable capable to display 240hz is display port and theres just no display port input on this tv..

What the hell am I supposed to do besides jumping off a bridge?

That is not real 240Hz.

TVs are 60Hz.

The 240HZ or 480Hz BS is just backlight strobing and interpolation and other post-processing crap that manufacturers use to advertise.

All of it should be disabled when you plug the tv into a console or computer and enable PC/game mode.
