whats best wire to get for modding psu ?

Im after some info on what wire to use for doing a mod on me cables, i know i need 18awg wire but theres a lot about. Would appreciate some more info on the spec i need.

The standard is 18AWG you can step up to 16 AWG as many like the look of the larger diameter wire. What you want to look for is stranded either bare copper or tinned it doesn't make any difference in a PC, common hookup wire would be UL listed style 1007 which is what you find for most general applications.
