My first build

I need some help... the truth is that I wanted to build my first pc 4 years ago. in these years i collected a lot of money , the truth is I'm undecided in which components to buy...idk if its better the rtx 2080 than a gtx 1080ti etc . As I live in Chile, Santiago shops abuses prices because of the customs and taxes, in the end it comes out twice as much as in the United States but luckily my girlfriend will go to New York in february and it's my chance to buy a graphic card. (Where do you recommend buying one? Do you think it's better to wait?) I just want to have a PC, it would mean a lot for your advice.

I would make some good changes to that build... effective 4 phase power design board, a sata m.2 where you can get mx500 for around the same price (sata too, but imo higher quality), a overpriced cooler master psu and a gpu you can get for less and just as good from a different company

what would be your budget and preferences?

Looking at your build, don't get the Hyper 212. Not sure why you're putting such a weak cooler onto such a powerful processor. It won't cool it adequately.

That's way too much money for that PSU, unless you're correcting it for your local pricing.

Right now I have 1.500-1600 to spend, I just want the best for that money ( preference 2k 100fps,iuse this program a lot). I don't really know a lot of coolers but my Bestfriend recommended that list for me. I trust him but I need a second opinion... 1500 is a lot of money. (sorry for my bad English)

Masterbox has ish cooling but it's cheap. Also you might want to spend 150-250$  more and upgrade to a 2080Ti instead of a single 2080 or go 1080ti nvlink.

Sorry for answering late, my new job had kept me busy. My girlfriend is only going to bring me the graphics card and processor so I need to buy the other components in Chile ... and the best store we have is this https://www.spdigital.cl/categories/view/484. I do not know which cooler I can use for an i7 9700-k it seems that all are bad.

I suggest you take a look at this channel for good advice on computer-building:

As for the cooler; I suggest trying something made by a company called Scythe.

Don't do anything that I wouldn't do. - But if you do; don't get caught!
