Owners manual for car

I've been looking, to not much of any discovery, for an owners manual for my car. I'd like to get one, just to have some information on what I should maintain on my car. 

 

I found one, but for $30 plus $9 shipping. I don't know about spending 40 on a small book like this one. I need a physical copy to keep in the vehicle. Any ideas where I could get my hands on one?

Ask the manufacturer, maybe they can send you one for your car. Some manufacturers also have an online version you could print.

Its an older 2001 Mazda protégé 1.6l LX.

Check eBay or something. I luckily got the original manual with my 2006 Skoda.

They would likely not have one at the dealer. But the dealer can probably order one for you.

 

Otherwise people have already linked the PDF above. Download the file, and print it. Or take it to Staples and print a bound booklet or something.

Repair manual =/= owners manual. Those are two completely different things.

OP is asking about vehicle maintenance, it's in the Haynes manual.

What do you use your owner's manual for? This may sound silly but the reason I'm asking this is....

Because when I was in Indonesia, I only needed the service interval schedule and what to do on emergency situations for my car. So I only printed those pages.

 

I also have the PDF version of the owner's manual in my phone, I think you can do that too, instead of printing/buying the whole book.

If you're planning to read the whole book though then my method wouldn't work well, well maybe downloading the PDF of your owner's manual to your phone.... You can read it anywhere too.
