while at my grandfathers house i noticed out of the corner of my eye that he was down on his knees next to his desk.... i got a bit worried about his heart and all so i asked if he was doing ok.... he replied.... something popped up saying i may have gotten a virus and i want to un plug the power so the bugs cant spred to the other power outlets......what he said for some reason was so bazar that it took me about 20 seconds to regester exactly what he had just said. after i explained to him that even if he did have a new computer virus he didnt need to worry about the outlets he was relieved... he told me that he would hate to have to figure out how to reset the clock on his microwave.

lol this happened to me about 8 months ago... took me like 3 weeks of research and when i took back pannel off i realized i never plugged power into the SSD lol... double check all connections
 

why on earth isn't it just listed as a bullet point? you know how many folks would probably buy it knowing it has 3 m.2 expansion slots

for content you do not want the swift.... it is a tn panel and will not do well for color work and such. yes a tn panel is ok for gaming and has better response time but really response time of your monitor means nothing unless your super hardcore about gaming. a good ips monitor with decent input response is a much better option here. and i really hope you don't do a 1440p in center and 4k on the sides that just doesn't make sense. if you must go 3 monitors i would stick to 1440p for all 3 and don't even look at anything that doesn't have an ips panel.

i would go for a ballin 1440p setup instead of the 4k

ok well i would say go bigger ssd, 1440p monitor. unless you wanna spend to move to the z97 platform i see no reason to change any of that stuff. to be fully honest i would have stayed with the 770 until ready to move to 1440p anyways since it should have handled 1080p perfectly fine. but hey if you already have the 970 then 1440p is where to go next.

while you may be able to get something at a slightly better price on black friday i doubt it will be worth the hassle. and its only 156 bucks on newegg right now thanx to promo code and mail in rebate. thats damn good price for a 280
