ssd not detected

Hello guys i just installed a ssd but windows doesnt put it in the hard drives.

In the disk manager it shown up but when i try to formate it but i cant all action arent clickable

windows 10 sandisk ultra 2 240 gb

This is a stab in the dark here but in disk manager is the 'type' shown 'dynamic?.. a screenshot will be good to have.

i can convert it in a dynamic hard drive

lol this happened to me about 8 months ago... took me like 3 weeks of research and when i took back pannel off i realized i never plugged power into the SSD lol... double check all connections

can you just not right lick the drive and select assign drive letter
