These two are critical to me. My younger siblings have an old hp pavilion that I slapped a GT 740 into and they download stuff without even thinking. Now, they get popups to download "java" on certain sites and it pisses me off because they treat personal information and computers like junk. Viruses are not a joke.
 
The second one makes me a little less pissed. I am currently on the macbook air that my high school gave to each of the students. I personalized it, but to a certain extant. I can't even get steam because the firewall blocks it from accessing the internet, even at home. LTTF and youtube are the only things I can use on this thing. 

My CPU cooler is the one from Noctua and I have an Msi mobo and GPU (red/black). I learned that beige/brown does not match with any color.

Well, ive done it using 70% alcohol (Didn't have any 99% laying around) and a standard coffee filter which worked great.

You most likely will have no damage at all, but in the long run it will not be a good idea to let it run so hot.

so this one time I was hanging out with my friend who is the manager at a tech shop by where I live and a girl comes in and buys a 2tb hard drive. we let her know that we install hard drives for $1 (the cost of the sata cable we use) and she says "just because I am a woman does not mean I cant work on computers" and leaves in a huff. two days later she comes back in saying that the HDD is not working so we take the computer in to look at it, we open it and the HDD is nowhere to be seen, so we ask her where it is. and it turns out that she scanned it and put the scanned image on her desktop to install the drive. and to top that off she threw away the drive she paid almost $200 for and she wanted us to give her a new one.

Not going to lie I think the US is actually on to something here with the 16 Years for Driving and 21 for drinking compared to the conventional 18 years for both in most of the world.
 
By driving at 16 you have theoretically 5 years of driving experience before you start (legally) discovering alcohol and possibly combining the two together. This gives you 5 years of experience sober to become a good enough driver to maintain control if you happen to drink and drive.
 
Whereas with the conventional 18 years, you're experimenting with Alcohol (legally) and driving at the same age. It leaves more room for error and possibly more accidents.
 
 
You have to realise that for the majority of the USA, the roads are big enough that this isn't an issue. Pretty sure the driving ability of a 16 year old and an 18 year old aren't that off. In Europe and Asia the roads are a lot smaller so there is less room for error, if any.
