    Then wait for the extra 8GB stick you ordered, it should definitely help.
    Also, get an SSD.

    I have the 2700X and RX 580 (which has power draw close to that GPU) and I went with a 600 Watt PSU. I'm sure you can go with 500 W tho.

    also just a side note either by or set the frequency on both ram sticks to be identical! If one frequency is lower than the other ram sticks then they will both run at the ladder speed.
