Interfectorem reacted to App4that in The Might 980 Ti
 no. read my post. I said it's the same radiator. The EVGA and MSI have better hoses than the Gigabyte though. Major difference is the block, minor difference between the MSI and EVGA is how the radiator fan connects. Both are advantages to the EVGA.

You made me stop playing so as to prove you wrong, please don't do that. http://www.gamersnex...enchmark/Page-2 "The difference rests in the heatsink design, as we described above. EVGA's Hybrid utilizes a custom GPU cooling block with a large, unibody copper extrusion. Fan differences can also impact thermal performance." -

I would go with the EVGA variant. I've heard nothing but good stories about their Customer Support, if you even need to contact them in the first place. My vote goes towards the EVGA option.

you're kidding, right?
its literally the exact same AIO
THE SAME
the only difference is that EVGA has a different looking mount for the block
it is the same block
it is the same radiator
it is the same pump
it is the same tubing
they are made by the same manufacturer, Asetek
ITS THE SAME

So is the EVGA..and the Gigabyte version... EVGA uses the same circular Asetek designed pump / block unit as the Corsair & MSI option. Gigabyte uses a CM designed unit, as can be noted by the square design and ribbed tubing.

Interfectorem reacted to W-L in EK Pastel experiences
Mayhems makes Pastel fluid themselves, the original developer of it was Ice Dragons and EK is a distributor of Mayhems Pastel. For Mayhems fluids it's some of the best fluid out there currently. There have been some issues with the fluids and discussion on fading, and color loss over time but not everyone has experienced that.

Personally I use the Ice white without any problems for about 6 months now, the PH is still within acceptable values last time I tested.

Sapphire or MSI.
Just stay away from ASUS (and Gigabyte to a lesser extent).

Some models had what people called the "Tramp Stamp" logo which many found to look..revolting to say the least. Fortunately they listened to the outcry and changed it back to a slightly refined original sails logo.

MNPC makes great replacement windows for the C70, alternatively you can also use glass if you want more scratch resistance:

Interfectorem got a reaction from Nacho Marco Segui in R9 390: Sapphire or MSI?
Then Nitro it is! Like @Nacho Marco Segui mentioned, both are excellent cards, but if the Sapphire is cheaper, then certainly go for that one.

Interfectorem got a reaction from don_svetlio in Which R9 390 is Best?
I find myself avoiding pretty much all (AMD & Nvidia) Asus GPU's unfortunately, which is a shame because their motherboards are nice.

Sapphire Nitro R9 390, if that's not an option for you, then the MSI TwinFrozr V R9 390

Interfectorem got a reaction from AllHokage in New H100i Fans
I can vouch for these puppies as well. Running six of them on my two 360mm radiators and they're basically inaudible running at 665 RPM. Max speed is pretty loud, but it's a manageable sort of loud, meaning that the tone is bearable and you mostly hear air moving. What I love about these fans is that I have the performance available at any time, even though they rarely go above 1200 RPM on my custom fan curve, I have the peace of mind that if temps go wild, these puppies can still kick up to 2000 RPM and give me some extra performance.

Noctua NF-F12 PWM 2000RPM.
Can't beat them in terms of pure performance/quietness (running these on my H105) and their the best fans I've used for rad's.

Interfectorem reacted to That_Random_Guy in Is it bad to leave a PC, monitor, or peripherals in the car when it's cold?
being cold, no there isn't a problem but the problem is when you bring them from cold to the warm inside your house which is when condensation forms
