Wow 10/10. First off great composition! Her eyes really draw you into the picture and if your eyes start to wonder the hands and slight curve of the cloth really draw you back to her face.

    Here is one I did last night. Camera: T3i Settings: 1/200 - F1.8 - ISO3200 - 50mm

    Ok, few things:
You can try building a case like this:
Sub-zero quite easily if you are fine with it taking a while to get cooling properly when you turn it on.
Or, if you are ok with sub-ambient but not sub-zero cooling, get a massive aquarium water chiller!
    So something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Active-AACH10HP-Chiller-Cooling-System/dp/B07BHHP4Q2/ref=dp_ob_title_garden?th=1
The higher the BTU rating the better.

You could try a liquid chiller. They used to be a thing but I have not seen them in years. They are loud, create a bunch of failure points and take alot of power. https://koolance.com/exc-800-portable-800W-recirculating-chiller

    https://medium.com/performance-at-intel/real-world-performance-ifa-without-compromise-9f2dff21c277
Note this is a blog by Ryan Shrout, Chief Performance Strategist at Intel. This is an official blog off-site, with a stated aim of providing better communication to the tech community without marketing getting in the way. Let's see how he does with that...

So on the first part, the 9900KS with all core 5 GHz is almost upon us. It is interesting to note it is an all core turbo of 5 GHz, not a base clock. So, it wont surprise anyone that power consumption could be interesting. A "light per-core load" was specifically mentioned, implying 5 GHz turbo wont necessarily apply to all workload cases. This is not unexpected, we already have AVX offset, and Zen 2 isn't immune to that either as it boosts less under similar loads.

Intel HEDT users may be interested to note here a claim of "2x the performance per dollar" compared to current gen. There is a chart showing how Skylake-X compares against TR2, and Cascade Lake-X reaching double that. Before AMD fans shout TR3, Intel can only compare with what exists. TR3 will surely give a nice boost over TR2 also, so it will be interesting to see how that lines up when we eventually hear about it. On TR3, last solid info I saw was that Su said she'll talk about it this year.

There's also some stuff about mobile but I stopped reading at that point.

If your CPU usage is at 100% and GPU usage is less than 100%, thats an indication of a CPU bottleneck in your system.

I would suggest finding a used Vega 56 or 64 for around $200-250 (equivalent to about 2 rx570s or 2 1060s). It would be a much better value.

Without using Magic Lantern firmware I think you are out of luck, that is a pretty tight budget for HDR in particular as that requires 10 bit color processing.

You're spending tons of money on those components and you're cheapening on psu. Don't.
Most 650w and higher psus will have 2 eps cables but don't advertise it.

Here's Newegg link with filters pre-applied (2 or more eps, gold efficiency or better) : LINK

    These should be better

The mb has 2 EPS 8pin connectors to power cpu.
You don't HAVE TO plug two EPS cables there, unless you'll do heavy overclocking.
A single cable plugged in one connector is good for over 300w of power.

That system deserves a better psu... and I'd suggest going for a 650w model.
