Its internally not enough, and really estimated wattage should be ignored in modern times due to transient spikes. You want to get to minimum recommended when possible, or make sure that the transient spike from other reviews wont be far too high compared to your wattage. But either way its not ideal, 100% load heats up PSU pretty hard and they degrade fast.

That's a terrible, ancient PSU that's overpriced by at least €45. 
System Power 9 600W for €58. 

Assuming they won't give you a full refund, take the replacement for the Masterwatt Lite. Sell it. Buy something that is actually decent. You won't have to try very hard to find something that is vastly superior to the Masterwatt Lite.
If the CX550 is available within your budget then that would be a good choice.

In my opinion, none.

im gonna try to get the q300l soon, but i have the focus g mini right now. i will tell you tho, the focus g mini will not hold the test of time, cable management is virtually impossible, and the top of the case sags after having fans on it for 3 months. complete crap if you ask me.

Hard to recommend a PSU and judge if a 2060 is worth it, considering we don't know what options are available to you, and for what prices. Where will you buy from?

Lack of funds

If you're spending up in the neighborhood of $230 you might consider a used Vega56. I've seen them go as cheap as $240 and it will outperform all of these cards. Out of these, I wouldn't recommend the 580 due to performance and I wouldn't recommend the 980Ti due to age. 1070 or Vega56 imo
