honestly other than going Noctua there is not much to be done.  as pointed out its as much a space the air has to flow through.  you can also check to make sure that there is an appropriate amount of vibration dampening for the fans but that's about it.

my experience is in a data center environment so we don't care about noise you just use earplugs or the like.

That case is not a server case its just a drive array so you could not put a mobo or other components in unless you are goung to mod it.  Secondly it only has one SAS backplane so it has half capacity.

yes you should be able to I would actually assume that you could talk to the networking staff to see if they could just enable specific services on the office router.  if you are a small company and you are responsible for the IT look at setting up a PfSense router in your office that lets you do the ipv4-ipv6 tunneling  that way.  I do not have experience with that yet as im still learning how to take the concepts and put them into practice so sadly i can not walk you through the setup steps yet.

can the router that your ISP provided do IPv4-IPv6 tunneling for incoming traffic?  or is it more of just a modem?  Also make sure your NAS is actually using a static IPv6 address.

Honestly there are better solutions for a simple setup than what been listed This should do the trick for you.

A full streaming setup with OBS or wire cast could be recommended if you want to get complex but the full setup would go over $2k but would give you a lot more flexibility. but if you just want a single camera with audio for streaming the link i provided is probably going to be the simplest solution.

You need to use a company like noIP. They do the dynDNS for you but you will want to enable DMZ on your router and put the ftp server in the DMZ.  You will also want to make sure that your router will not show its admin panel to ip addresses outside the network.

Here is some extra info for you on intel cpu's with igp, they all have dedicated asic's on the igp to handle decoding h.264 natively so that they dont stress the igp or cpu with that. The down side is that Intel to keep costs in size and design time has generally kept the asic's smallish which limits the capabilities that they have.  When you see a h.264 decode res intel is only talking about that asic.

AMD with its APU's have been able to decode 4k h.264 for a while even with their bulldozer based APU's due to better built in gpu tech.

A 3000 series Ryzen APU is going to work well for your needs.

To be honest the more i think about this and look at the product page the more i feel the only redeaming part of this product is the rgb lights.

The 15 foot cable costs as much as a 150 foot non rgb fiberoptic cable the certification is from a no name cert lab that doesnt explain their cert in any technical significant manner.

the HDMI standard sets the "Deep Color" standards all that matters is if the cable is actually capable of passing 18Gig of data.
Going to Sites like Markertek or B&H Photo Video, both of which are providers of equipment to AV Professionals while not RGB this cable is from a brand I have lots of experience with and has been a major player in the install and live event AV field for longer than I have been alive.

The problem with cleaning it up in YouTube studio is that it has to be online already and then it will stillbtake someone double too triple the program length to fix it where the digital anarchy solution is faster. I have not had the budget to try it out but all the reviews and demos make it seem like its a good option for production companoes that can't spend an extra day waiting for some one like Rev.com to make a caption file.

A couple of side benifits for accurate Closed Captions is that they are used by screen reading software to help people with visual issues and while maybe not usefull on youtube but may be usefull on float plane is that CC in srt or other plain text formats can help with search engine optimization and other search functions.

Being someone who works with closed captioning regularly this is something that can be done very easily in an Adobe Premiere workflow as Digital Anarchy has a plug in and CC that then uses IBM's Watson recognition.  this is the plugin for LMG staff.   and no im not a rep for digital Anarchy CC Encoding is part of my day job.

yes there is, there always is.

first make sure your sound is the same all the way through your last part sounded different from the rest of the program. those shifts in volume and perceived closeness detract from the production.

Also you should tighten up your shots, the drop test clip had a loot of dead time before we see the thumbdrive come into frame.  This created enough time for me to start wondering what was going on.

Also think about scripting out your video and rehearse it a few time to get comfortable and also use that as a time to check the flow of the presentation,  you may find that you instead want to move around things or rephrase things so that you sound more natural and conversational.

Thats not going to have a Mic in jack.  I know you have a tight budget but you will probably have to move up to something like a used Nikon D3200 or the like.  Im US based so i'm not going to claim i know what the british market looks like for cameras but the d3200 from my quick looking seems to go for between 70 and 90 pounds.

from looking at the reviews you probably could not use this particular device for 3d scanning.  This seems like its more meant for 3d photography and from the users pic in the review it doesn't seem to do it well.

I have honestly never found a video camera including Production ENG cameras that i would call the built in or included mic as good,  on ENG cameras it may count as acceptable but at the end of the day getting a decent external mic is almost always going to improve your sound quality,  as I said originally it does need to be the right mic for the job.  a mic with low 14k and above reproduction is great for kick and snare drums but i wouldn't want to put it on wood winds or string instruments and a mic with bad sub 150-200hz reproduction is still a good fit for dialog heavy situations.  while yes a mic that does 20-20khz means it can cover everything they are generally not the best at anything and the frequency response range hides more important factors in mic selection anyways,  How Responsive/sensitive a mic is, what the Noise rejection soundslike and is it a function of mass or baffle design all have as much a factor in to the audio quality of the mic.

There was only one thing on the list that raises the Production quality of a video which was lighting.  Voice overs, thumbnails, graphics can all be done poorly or well.  at the end of the day what increases production values is good lighting, good audio, and good camera work.  What defines these as good is not the amount of money spent on them but the planning and execution of use.  Incandescent lights are fine for video use, LED lights are fine for video use Fluorescents are fine for video use, you just need to understand how they look in your camera and how you are going to use them to the best look for what you are doing.

The only thing to avoid is your front camera mic as your primary audio source whenever possible try to use an external mic, even $20USD mic tend to be better than the built in mics and no you do not need a 20-20k hz mic.  That is bad advice if you are going to spend money on upgrading your audio then look for mics tailored for your needs. If you are going to be in front of a pc talking you will want a mic tailored to the human vocal range,  if you are shooting outside you may want a wireless mic if you are doing interviews or you may want a shotgun mic if you are doing more staged/dramatic work, ect, ect.  this again goes back to understanding what it is that you will be doing planing out how your going to do it and then looking for the right gear for the task or ways to make what gear you have work for the task best.

I get your playing Devils Advocate so im just using this to expand on what I said and clarify.

At no point did I recommend not to buy better gear but instead to first look at what you want to do and then get the gear that directly improves that.  For instance a jump from a Canon EOS 5dmkII vs a 5DmkIV may not make sense for someone who bought their 5dMKII used and is happliy shooting in HD still. It also makes no sense if the end of the video production/Content creation market you are in has moved too 4k and your customers or viewers expect that now.

This is a issue in mic's there are price points where honestly you stop paying for quality improvements and instead are now just going for specific manufacturing techniques to get specific feel to the sound or for specialty use cases.

That is a 35mm film camera.  It wont shoot video but canon EF lenses are nice, this particular film camera probably will not support IS though so for still film photography its probably a good place to jump in at.

in terms of mics first you need to talk about what you plan to do,  A shotgun mic is good for one set of things and a Condenser mic is good for other things so some more info on use case matters.

The Mic is fine probably the same as what i linked just with a different brand on it. In terms of the camera it will not have a audio in jack on it so the mic will be useless.

I honestly wouldnt assume the movie was shot on 35mm film.  While i cant find any solid info based on the movies budget and tv shoes history i would guess the movie was shot on 16mm fim or a upper teir tv camera such as a sony cinealta or panasonic vericam the versions before they started using the names to denote a product family.

I have the 4k.  The 6k looks good but whats your technical skill level. Both the 4k and 6k are aimed at cinematographers. There is no autofocus and you will probably need a second monitor depending on what style you shoot.

If you buy good quality video lights that should be taken care of for you.  The flickering is not nessisarly due to ac current but instead that the light controler useing pwm to control brightness vs strait voltage control.
