i got new case, kolink observatory rgb. It has 4 rgb fans preinstalled. Why only 2 shows rgb lighting? They all are running, but 2 doesnt have lighting, but all 4 should have lighting. What I did wrong?

I am gonna buy the hard drive later, because the games I listed are okay with that 500gb ssd. And when I will get some very big ass games in the future I buy hdd then. Does that sound clever?

Hi, so I met this guy in real life and he was selling gaming pc. specs are

So the whole thing costs 600€. never overclocked. Every component is 2 years old expect cpu half year. He told me I can come and test that pc in his house. What benchmarking tools should I test? And he told me I can try some games with it too. But how can I check every component that he is not scamming? I dont know how to check mobo, psu. And tell me is it worth it

I am beginner and dumb at pc building but if my motherboard would have 4 usb ports does that mean that I can only connect 2 of them if I have that case

Not going to get 8gb ram.. Rust and pubg recommends 16gb ram. And motherboard can be changed, but 20€ doesnt really help with my budget being 200€ overpriced lol

I am going to get new pc build soon and I havent chosen monitor yet, but I really would like to get 1080p 144hz 16:9 monitor. I have amd ryzen 5 1600, Gtx 1060 6gb dual oc and 16 gb ram. So am I able to run pubg 60fps 1080p and if I am what settings am I able to use? 

2600x is 230€ in finland, and Amd ryzen 5 1600 is the best I can afford for my budget. As I already said, my budget is 800-900
