    from what i heard, the stock speeds are extremely close to the cap of the chips max freq, so OC will give very little extra prerformance

    16:9 -> 21:9 can be achieved by cropping the top and bottom of the 16:9 picture OR widening the horizontal picture. 2560x1080 (21:9) is literally just a wider 1920x1080 (16:9)
    And achieving wider ratios by cropping 8K footage (i assume that's what LTT is doing) is completely fine because neither techlinked nor techquickie need tall ratios. And even then, there are way more situations where a wider shot is more useful than a taller shot

    just tested, minecraft is LAGGING at 3440x1440, 8600K at 5.1GHz and 1080 TI. WTF
