At this time the move is permanent, but he will be making trips out this way a few times a year for meetings, events, etc. He couldn't make it out for LTX as the move was so close to the actual LTX date.

We use a third party service that we pay for to upload, should be good starting next week. Next step will be working on getting Linus or Luke to upload the show right after it airs, so that should cut down on time and get it up in a more timely manner for you guys to listen to.

With 1060 you can play almost all latest triple A title at 1080p high / ultra settings but with 1050ti you will be limited to 1080p medium settings.

if OP is playing at 4k or 1440p, it won't be that big of a difference, ryzen 1700 also has better minimums.  
7700k is the best gaming CPU on the market, if you play at 4k or 1440p it won't matter much. 

for pure gaming, the 7700K is the winner.
it will take a long time for games to use more than 4c/8t, and by that time you might want to upgrade.
unless you're streaming/video editing/doing something in the background that takes lots of CPU, then don't get Ryzen for this particular use case.

Just saying that yes intel i7-7700k is better at gaming especially high refresh rates but remember not all people wants to build that kind of thing (well, except for experiencd ones or rich ones?)

Nope, the i7 7700 with a B250 board is a better option than a 7600K with a Z270 board for 1080p high refresh rate and the i5 also has crap 1% and 0.1% lows, so gameplay isn't very smooth (compared to an i7/Ryzen)
